How will I know you are the right counsellor for me?

It is very important that you are counselled by someone who you have made a connection with and feel you can talk to. After our first session I will ask you whether you would like to go away and think whether I am the right counsellor for you, or whether you would like to make another appointment and start having regular sessions with me.

How long does a counselling session last?

All of my counselling sessions last 1 hour.

How often will I need counselling?

I see all my clients once a week for as long as it takes, we will know when the counselling has worked and that we can start reducing the frequency of our sessions if this feels appropriate

What if I need to cancel?

After the first session, if you decide that I am the right counsellor for you, we will both commit to weekly sessions. Cancellations are charged at the full rate.
