I'm finding it hard to cope with stress

Feeling as though you are under excessive stress is not a sign of weakness. Strong people can suffer from stress — it is caused by the factors around them. Work related stress is often caused when your role and needs are not matched by the environment you are working in. It can be made worse when you also have pressures in your personal life to deal with.

Counselling can help you to learn new ways of responding to the factors that are causing your stress. It may also show you how you can change some of the things that are causing your stress. Not only will you find a way out of your current situation, you will also learn how to avoid being placed under excessive stress in the future.
